Company vehicle provided. Details : Arctic Cooling Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Operations and Business Development to lead the company’s day-to-day operations, strengthen business performance, and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall HVAC trading, contracting, projects, AMC and service operations. - Develop new business opportunities and increase sales and profitability. - Manage sales, procurement, inventory and operational activities. - Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners. - Lead and motivate teams to achieve company targets and KPIs. - Monitor budgets, costs, project performance and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role. - Experience in HVAC/MEP trading, contracting or technical services preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and business development skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
