Position: General Manager Industry: Specialty Coffee | Food & Beverage | Hospitality Experience Required: 15+ Years Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our growing specialty coffee, Food & Beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations. Candidate Requirements We are seeking a highly experienced professional with: More than 15 years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality. Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry . Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations . Excellent leadership and team-management skills. Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards. Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run smoothly and efficiently . Strong sales and business development skills. Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets . Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities . Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach.
