General Manager / Assistant Area Sales Manager – Sandwich Panels & PPGI Sheets

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager / Assistant Area Sales Manager to lead and develop sales activities for Sandwich Panels, PPGI Sheets, and related steel building materials. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the construction and metal industry, excellent customer relationships, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Sandwich Panels, PPGI Sheets, and related metal building products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, fabricators, and distributors.
• Visit customers, project sites, and potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Manage sales inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and regular performance updates.
• Lead and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and business development within the steel, metal, construction materials, or building products industry.
• Strong product knowledge of Sandwich Panels, PPGI Sheets, and pre-engineered building materials.
• Established relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and industrial customers are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• UAE market experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in Sandwich Panels, PPGI Sheets, roofing and cladding systems, and other steel building materials.

Candidates should be proactive, target-oriented, commercially aware, and capable of building long-term customer relationships.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
