General Insurer - FP&A AM - M (Welcome big 4)

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and business performance insights to drive decision-making.
• Partner with business units and senior management on financial planning and performance reviews.
• Develop financial models and analyze key business drivers, trends, and variances.
• Support ad hoc finance projects and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, business performance analysis, or accounting, gained from a Big 4 accounting firm and/or insurance company.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
