Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field . CPA license is an advantage , depending on the position. At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience for a general Accountant role. Knowledge of BIR regulations, taxation, and Philippine accounting practices . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
