# General Accountant **Rons Enviro Care,fm** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the Finance Department in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in the accounting system. Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Prepare and perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Monitor customer receivables and supplier payables and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare monthly closing entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management reports as required. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are properly reconciled. Assist in preparing budgets, cash-flow reports, and financial forecasts. Verify supporting documents for expenses, payments, and other financial transactions. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records. Assist with VAT calculations, VAT returns, and other tax-related requirements in coordination with the Finance Manager. Support external and internal audits by providing required documents and explanations. Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Monitor cash transactions and maintain proper cash records. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management. Pay: AED2,311.19 - AED6,451.37 per month Application Question(s): Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce Are you able to join immediately?
