Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent field. License: CPA designation is a significant advantage but not required. Experience: At least 3–5 years of solid experience in general accounting, corporate finance, or full-charge bookkeeping. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and hands-on experience with accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP). Competencies: Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, high integrity, and a strict adherence to deadlines. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with various branch managers and department heads.
