Location: Business Bay, Dubai Position: Accountant Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expense records. Perform regular bank and account reconciliations . Maintain proper records of company expenses, commissions, and receivables. Prepare monthly financial reports and account statements. Assist with VAT filing and UAE Corporate Tax compliance. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables. Coordinate with management, banks, auditors, and external accountants when required. Ensure all accounting documents and supporting records are properly maintained. Assist with payroll, WPS-related accounting records, and other finance-related tasks. Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable UAE accounting and tax requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . Minimum 1 –2 years of UAE accounting experience . Real estate industry experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax . Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
