Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Social Science or equivalent Extensive experience in gender aspects of project preparation and planning Specialization in Sociology with experience in gender assessment, particularly for road or infrastructure projects Responsibilities: Conduct gender assessments for infrastructure and land development projects Integrate gender perspectives into project planning and design Collaborate with project teams to ensure inclusive and equitable project outcomes Review outputs from consulting services, including: Detailed Engineering Design Laboratory Testing & Analysis Geotechnical Investigations Environmental Impact Assessments Support structural and land development projects by providing gender-informed insights Work Location: In person
