The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated images, videos, visual concepts, characters, environments, and creative assets for brand, advertising, entertainment, and digital content projects. You will work closely with creative directors, designers, artists, and technology teams to turn creative briefs into compelling AI-powered visual content. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visual content using Generative AI image and video tools. Translate creative briefs and concepts into AI-generated visual outputs. Develop and refine prompts, workflows, styles, compositions, characters, environments, and visual treatments. Experiment with different AI models, tools, LoRAs, workflows, and techniques to achieve desired results. Create AI-generated images, videos, storyboards, concept art, product visuals, characters, and environments. Use image-to-image, text-to-image, image-to-video, video-to-video, inpainting, outpainting, and other GenAI workflows. Maintain visual consistency across characters, scenes, products, and campaigns. Collaborate with designers, VFX artists, filmmakers, and creative teams. Upscale, retouch, composite, and polish AI-generated outputs using conventional creative software where required. Research and test emerging GenAI tools and models. Build repeatable AI workflows that improve creative quality and production efficiency. Participate in creative ideation and contribute new visual approaches to projects. Required Skills Strong understanding of Generative AI for visual content creation. Hands-on experience with tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Runway, Kling, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of prompt engineering for image and video generation. Good knowledge of composition, lighting, colour, perspective, visual storytelling, and art direction. Ability to translate a creative brief into a strong visual concept. Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. Ability to iterate rapidly and consistently improve AI-generated outputs. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other image/video editing software. Good to Have Experience with ComfyUI and node-based AI workflows. Experience working with LoRAs, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, Flux workflows, Stable Diffusion, or similar technologies. Experience with AI video generation and video-to-video workflows. Knowledge of 3D, VFX, compositing, motion graphics, or filmmaking. Experience maintaining character and visual consistency across multiple shots. Familiarity with AI APIs or automation workflows. A strong portfolio of GenAI artwork, AI films, experiments, or commercial projects. What We're Looking For A strong artist first, AI practitioner second mindset.
