Primary Responsibilities: Negotiate and close transactions in which Wilmington Trust serves in a corporate services provider capacity as well as other complementary roles and products. Serve as client-facing centralised deal manager for transactions for internal operational and support groups. Meet with clients and attend conferences as deemed appropriate. Assist Sales with business development initiatives and coordinate deal structures depending on asset type. Serve as internal liaison for all support groups surrounding deal closings. Address and escalate client related matters and ensure they are prioritised appropriately and resolved. Understand and adhere to Wilmington Trust’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Wilmington Trust’s risk appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Scope of Responsibilities: This position works on a team of individual contributors under management supervision. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: None Education and Experience Preferred: Bachelor of Laws Minimum of 3 years related experience Deal closing experience Ability to read and interpret legal documents Legal background Location Dublin, Ireland
