Garage Manager - Dubai (Automotive)
We are looking for an experienced Foreman/Manager to lead the daily operations of our automotive workshop. Main Responsibilities: Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage repair work for mechanical, electrical, bodywork (painting and denting), and diagnostics. Prepare cost estimates for repairs and coordinate with suppliers for spare parts. Plan and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service. Keep service records, job cards, and parts logs updated. Ensure the workshop follows safety, cleanliness, and company standards. Work closely with management, customers, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. Participate in business development to generate growth and revenue. Communicate with clients to resolve issues and generate positive customer experience. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience managing an automotive workshop in the UAE or Gulf. Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance (petrol and diesel). Experience in preparing repair estimates and coordinating spare parts. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus). UAE Driving License is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
