As we expand our product line and infrastructure, we’re looking for a Game Designer to join our team. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity, technology, and performance, helping to shape the future of our products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and update Game Design Documents (GDD). Design and develop products from concept ideation to final release. Analyze market trends to propose innovative mechanics and gameplay, evaluating competitive effectiveness. Create and test prototypes to evaluate concept feasibility. Analyze playtest feedback and propose gameplay improvements. Collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure accurate design execution. Design user experience (UX) to ensure the best possible player experience. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Design, Marketing, Economics, IT, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in the gaming industry (e.g. Casual, Puzzle, F2P mobile, gacha, card/board, idle, or Web3/NFT games) Solid understanding of game engine mechanics and animations. Strong background in mathematics and analytical thinking. Ability to write design documentation, scripts, and layout concepts using design software. Strong problem-solving and design optimization skills. Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly. A portfolio showcasing real projects, level design, or specific game systems. Strong product mindset (ability to evaluate and experience the application from an actual user's perspective). Understanding of and experience with RTP is a plus. Conversational English proficiency.
