Workshop Manager – Furniture Manufacturing (UAE)

Casa Bravo Furniture is expanding and opening a new furniture manufacturing plant , and we are looking for a highly experienced Workshop Manager to lead the entire operation from the ground up.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with strong expertise in furniture production, factory operations, team building, and production planning .

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage all workshop operations from scratch
• Recruit, build, and supervise production teams including: (Upholsterers, Sofa makers, Carpenters, Furniture assemblers, Helpers and production support staff)
• Set up efficient production workflows, SOPs, and quality control systems
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules and delivery timelines
• Ensure high-quality production for: (Sofas, Bedrooms, Chairs, Dining sets, Custom furniture)
• Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and factory resources
• Control production costs and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and installation teams
• Maintain health, safety, and operational standards
• Solve production bottlenecks and improve efficiency continuously

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing / workshops management
• Strong hands-on experience in woodworking, upholstery, sofa production, and custom furniture manufacturing
• Proven experience managing full factory operations and production teams
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Ability to hire, train, and build high-performing teams
• Excellent knowledge of furniture materials, production methods, and machinery
• Strong planning, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the UAE or GCC furniture industry is highly preferred
