Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with CSR companies, foundations, HNIs & donors Drive fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns Develop proposals and deliver persuasive pitches Handle donor reporting, compliance and documentation Collaborate with Program and Finance teams Lead and manage a team of ~ 10 members Required Skills: 5+ years experience in CSR fundraising/partnerships Excellent communication, writing & negotiation skills Project management & attention to detail Corporate Sales Professionals Looking for a Career in Social Impact?
