We're a growing real estate investment company looking for a Capital Raiser to help us build relationships with: Private Money Lenders (PMLs) and Private Money Partners (PMPs) People looking to make a return on there Retirement accounts, high cash value life insurance ect. Not institutions! No cold-call sales experience is required —we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to build a long-term business with us. What You'll Do : - Build relationships with potential private lenders and investment partners - Network online, in your local community, through referrals, and real estate meet ups - Educate potential funding partners about our investment opportunities - Stay in regular communication with investors throughout the process - Help organize investor presentations and educational events - Work closely with our acquisitions team as deals move toward closing We're Looking For Someone Who Is : - A strong communicator - Friendly, professional, and trustworthy - Comfortable networking and building relationships - Self-motivated and organized - Familiar with Google Workspace (or willing to learn) - Interested in real estate investing and creative finance Real estate experience is a plus—but not required. We provide training for the right person. Compensation This is a partnership opportunity with multiple compensation options depending on the deal. Potential compensation includes : - Flat fees at closing - Monthly cash flow participation - Equity participation - Combination equity + cash flow opportunities The more funding relationships you build, the greater your long-term earning potential.
