We deliver technology solutions, software development services, and IT consulting across multiple industries. We are looking for a talented professional to join our growing team. The Role We are seeking a Functional Tester to join a contract engagement within the finance sector, focusing on user acceptance testing for Cash Management systems. You will play a key part in ensuring software quality, working closely with product managers, IT teams and vendors to turn business requirements into well-tested, go-live-ready solutions. This is an onsite role, ideal for a detail-focused tester who enjoys working in a fast-moving, project-driven environment. What You'll Do - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for Cash Management systems and applications - Prepare and review UAT test scripts, test data and test cases, and support the execution of test plans - Log defects in HPALM, JIRA or Confluence, then retest fixes and follow up closely until closure - Record and document test cases and scripts, and prepare the support team for system go-live - Prepare user guides and training materials - Conduct periodic UAT for BAU production issues to uphold software quality control - Work closely with internal product managers, IT and IT vendors to understand business requirements and complete system testing What We're Looking For - 3 to 5 years of experience in functional testing or UAT - Practical experience with testing tools such as HPALM, JIRA and Confluence, plus daily progress reporting and dashboards - Internet banking and mobile banking application domain knowledge - Ability to multi-task and stay effective under project timeline pressure - Good interpersonal and communication skills, with patience and strong attention to detail - Independent and self-motivated; backgrounds in IT, Fintech or Engineering are welcome - Advantageous: Cash Management or RPP background, ability to read/write/understand XML, and ISTQB (CTFL) certification What We Offer - Competitive salary - Contract opportunity within the finance sector, working on meaningful, business-critical systems - Exposure to enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams - Ongoing training, mentorship and support to grow your career - A supportive team and clear pathways for career progression How to Apply Apply now with your latest CV, or reach out to our recruitment team to learn more.
