About Us: Tranetech Software Solutions LLC is a leading ERP software development company based in Abu Dhabi, established in 2016. We are the creators of EQUAL a scalable, fully integrated ERP solution with modules spanning HRMS, Property Management, CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management), Building Maintenance, and Cleaning Management.

Job Summary: We are seeking an ERP Functional Consultant with domain experience across HR, Recruitment, Procurement, and Maintenance to lead client engagement, deliver product demos, and manage end-to-end requirement collection for EQUAL ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand organizational processes across HR, Recruitment, Procurement, and Maintenance functions
• Deliver EQUAL ERP product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
• Gather, document, and validate business/software requirements
• Map client business processes to EQUAL module functionalities (HRMS, Maintenance/CAFM, Procurement)
• Liaise with technical/development teams for customization and implementation
• Conduct gap analysis between client needs and standard EQUAL ERP offerings
• Support testing (UAT), client training, and go-live activities
• Prepare SRS/BRD documents, workflows, and functional specifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in one or more of: HR, Recruitment, Procurement, Maintenance/Facility Management modules
• Sound understanding of software requirement gathering methodologies
• Mandatory prior experience in the IT/Software industry
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
