You will play a key role in team coordination, inventory management, and maintaining operational standards. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems efficiently, and support team members will contribute to the store's overall success. Requirements - Minimum 1+ year of experience in a retail supervisory role or relevant retail experience. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent customer service and communication abilities. - Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage). - Strong work ethic and ability to support sales targets. - Basic experience in marketing and advertising to assist in in-store promotions. - Proficiency in operating POS systems, credit card terminals, and handling cash transactions. - Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control. - Minimum SPM qualification. Responsibilities - Support the Store Manager/Area Manager in overseeing store operations and daily tasks. - Assist in driving sales performance and ensuring team members meet targets. - Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and feedback professionally. - Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking. - Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotional activities. - Train and guide junior team members on product knowledge and customer service. - Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and proper product displays. - Monitor sales transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling. - Work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
