Our ideal candidate loves talking to people, managing the end-to-end customer experience, and taking responsibility for the whole sales team. It’s important to have a proactive and experienced salesperson to lead the team and drive its growth to the next level . Job Highlights Part-time $60 - $70 per hour, subject to work experience. (Negotiable) 4-5 days per week 9:00 - 12:00 Work location: Sheung Wan Work hours: 9:30AM - 13:00PM, 3.5 hours per day Key responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the sales team & fulfilment team Prepare store inventory replenishment Follow up sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery Maintain updated database management for sales department & fulfilment deparment and perform customer service duties Provide daily clerical support, including scheduling and correspondence Undertake ad hoc assignments as required Your Profile 2 years + experience in sales administrative or relationship-focused role, preferably at a consumer products brand Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships Energetic, enthusiastic, filled with empathy and compassion Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Solution driven; think proactively and creatively for the best solutions, also sensitive to problems that might appear to be minor.
