The IT Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting software and systems used by the company. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve company websites, software, and internal applications. Customize and maintain business systems such as CRM, ERP, and other company platforms . Develop integrations between different systems and applications when required. Troubleshoot software, system, database, and technical issues. Maintain and improve company databases and ensure data accuracy. Develop reports, dashboards, and automated processes to improve business efficiency. Support the implementation and customization of ERP/CRM systems. Assist with API integrations and third-party software connections. Maintain system security, user access, and basic IT controls. Perform regular system updates, testing, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support to employees when required. Coordinate with management and different departments to understand IT requirements. Document software, system configurations, and development processes. Recommend appropriate technologies and solutions to improve company operations. Ensure company data and systems are properly backed up and protected. Perform other IT and development tasks assigned by management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related field. Experience in software or web development. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, Java, or similar . Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar. Knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage. Good understanding of software development and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following would be an advantage: Odoo ERP Zoho CRM / Zoho applications API and third-party integrations Cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure Website development and maintenance Database management Business automation Git/GitHub Cybersecurity and data protection Key Performance Areas (KPIs) Timely completion of development and IT tasks. System reliability and reduced technical issues. Successful implementation of system improvements and integrations. Accuracy and security of company data. Effective support to employees and departments. Automation and improvement of business processes. Proper documentation and maintenance of IT systems. Working Requirements The IT Developer may be required to work closely with the Management, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, and other departments to develop IT solutions that support the company's daily operations. The position may be offered as Full-Time or Part-Time , depending on the candidate's experience and the company's requirements. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
