# Full time Bartender **Saba** · Kildare Village Outlet, County Kildare · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Purpose: * To ensure quality service and standards and ‘wow’ our guests, by providing hospitable service working from our four Saba Way Values: - Empathy - Hospitality - Fun - Teamwork * * Responsible To: General Manager Responsible For: Beverage Service. * * Duties and Responsibilities - To ensure that service stations are prepared, stocked and ready for service. - To greet all guests, in a polite and welcoming manner. - To make all drinks ordered in a timely manner and to take orders, serve food and drinks and to ensure that guests have a great experience within the Restaurant. - Passion for wine and cocktails and creating new drinks - To maintain the highest level of cleanliness, including safety of furniture, fixtures and fittings. To ‘clean as you go’ to ensure a clean and tidy work area. - To ensure that the guest bill is accurate, presented in a timely manner and appropriate cash handling procedures are followed. - To ensure that payment is received from all guests. - To recommend and ‘sell’ to guests through menu knowledge, suggestive and up-selling techniques. - To ensure that all beverage products are correctly stored, dated, labelled and rotated where necessary. - To make sure that all stations are stocked and ready for shifts. - To greet all guests, in a polite and welcoming manner - To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, and meet Saba grooming and uniform standards. - To maintain healthy relationships with fellow employees. - To be empowered to deal with customer problems, through following the HEAL process, and to seek advice when unsure what to do. - To promote awareness of and complete guest response forms health, safety and security for fellow employees and customers.
