We’re Hiring – Barista Cum Service Crew Full-Time Barista Cum Service Crew (Avenue K) Join the KÖSA Coffee Team! We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Barista Cum Service Crew to join our team at Avenue K . This is a multi-functional position where you will be responsible for both beverage preparation and front-of-house service . The role requires you to support overall café operations and assist in different areas when needed. Job Responsibilities Beverage Preparation Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to KÖSA Coffee standards and recipes. Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment. Customer Service and Order Taking Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally. Cashier and Payment Handling Handle customer payments accurately. Assist with cashier duties and follow proper payment procedures. Café Operations and Cleanliness Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café, including the coffee bar, dining area, tables, and equipment. Wash dishes, wipe counters, clear tables, and restock supplies when required. Assist with daily opening and closing duties. Teamwork and Support Work closely with the kitchen and café team to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist other areas of the café when needed. Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and instructions from the Supervisor or Manager. Perform other duties related to café operations as assigned. What We’re Looking For Positive, friendly, and customer-oriented personality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced café environment. Previous barista or café experience is an advantage, but training will be provided. Willing to perform both Barista and Service Crew duties as part of the role. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, contribute, and grow with the team.
