Full Stack Web Developer l Mern lTagalog Speaker

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (MERN) to build and maintain modern web applications and websites. You will work across the stack using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, and contribute to building clean, responsive UIs with modern libraries. You’ll also support deployments and cloud infrastructure on AWS, collaborate with UI/UX and product teams, and help deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and websites using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable, responsive UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Material UI.
• Create and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Design and optimize MongoDB collections, queries, and performance.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS (as per project needs).
• Use Git for version control and collaborate via code reviews and branching strategies.
• Debug, test, and optimize performance across browsers and devices.
• Follow secure coding practices and ensure application stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to translate designs into production-ready features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and MERN stack:
• React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (NextJS, TypeScript.)
• Solid experience with modern UI development:
• Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Material UI (or similar UI libraries)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS (deployment, hosting, storage, CDN, etc.).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to performance and clean code.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with React Native (mobile app development).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Testing tools: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
