1. Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to support the development, maintenance, and technical management of e-commerce websites and digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day website operations, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing enhancements, and supporting the development of interactive digital solutions and web applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, particularly Magento 2, PHP, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Website Management & Maintenance

• Manage and maintain e-commerce websites and digital platforms.
• Handle Magento 2 website operations, configurations, updates, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs, and support website performance optimization.
• Support website security updates, monitoring, and technical maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external development partners.
• Support website content updates, promotional campaigns, and landing page implementation.

B. Web Development

• Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites.
• Implement front-end and back-end functionalities based on project requirements.
• Develop reusable website components and interactive features.
• Support API integrations and third-party services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and website performance.
• Follow coding standards and maintain clean, reusable code.

C. Digital Solutions & Application Development

• Support the development of interactive web applications, product configurators, and digital simulators.
• Implement dynamic user interfaces and interactive functionalities.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and external systems where required.
• Support technical feasibility assessments and development effort estimations.
• Assist with testing, debugging, and deployment of digital solutions.

D. Technical Support & Project Coordination

• Provide technical support across multiple digital development projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, account managers, designers, and external vendors.
• Support QA testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, issue logs, and development updates.
• Ensure assigned development tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Escalate critical technical issues and project risks when necessary.

1. Required Technical Skills

• E-commerce Platforms: Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, PHP, MySQL.
• Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive web design.
• JavaScript Frameworks: Knowledge of React.js or Vue.js.
• Back-End Development: PHP, database management, REST API integrations.
• Version Control: Git.
• Hosting & Deployment: Basic understanding of AWS, Linux environments, and deployment processes.
• Testing & Debugging: Browser developer tools, API testing, and troubleshooting.
• Website Optimization: Basic understanding of caching, website security, and performance optimization.

1. Preferred Skills

• Experience developing interactive web applications and product configurators.
• Familiarity with Figma and converting UI/UX designs into functional websites.
• Knowledge of third-party API integrations and payment gateways.
• Familiarity with Nginx, CDN, WAF, and website hosting environments.
• Understanding of technical SEO and website analytics implementation.
• Experience working in a digital agency, e-commerce company, or technology service provider.

1. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in web development.
• Practical experience in Magento 2 website development and maintenance.
• Experience supporting live websites and resolving technical issues.
• Exposure to multiple web development projects is preferred.
