Role Summary Experience: 8-10 years of overall experience in the financial services industry preferred Key Responsibilities Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Python, AWS, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Fast API, React, Investment Banking/Hedge Funds/Private Equity Exposure Proficiency in REST API development and advanced SQL, React, Treasury exposure. Exposure to React or Fast API is advantageous. Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Secrets Manager) is expected. Data libraries in Python Education: Any degree. The candidate demonstrates strong technical acumen, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver solutions under tight deadlines. Interpersonal Skills Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage persuasively with stakeholders and senior leadership. Leadership: Critical thinking and thought leadership capabilities. Accountability: Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Teamwork: Collaborative and resilient in high-pressure environments. Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
