This role is crucial for supporting development processes and managing deployment, release, and infrastructure processes to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the renewal of hardware and/or software components and perform necessary functional or technical analyses to meet the needs of end-users and the business. Coordinate with stakeholders regarding ALM processes and infrastructure choices. Advise on Azure and deployment strategies. Assist in developing scalable environments. Develop or determine technical requirements for, as well as implement, new hardware or software and applications to provide a quality set of equipment and applications. Basic development in .NET (supporting role). Integrate solutions within existing systems. Collaborate with development teams. Monitor, maintain, test, and secure the IT infrastructure and/or software applications to ensure a high degree of reliability, security, and user-friendliness for end-users. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines. Manage release management processes. Ensure stability, security, and compliance. Maintain data structures and/or system settings, providing a performant environment for data management and ensuring backups of user files to guarantee the accuracy of business data and enable quick recovery in case of loss or damage. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Manage Azure environments. Support deployment and configuration. Analyze, resolve, and follow up on application or network-related issues to restore the operation of these applications or networks. Troubleshoot within pipelines and deployments. Collaborate with external partners during incidents. Proactively improve processes. Formulate proposals for renewal and optimization of the activity domain to meet current and future business needs. Improve deployment flows and automation. Optimize CI/CD and release processes. Introduce best practices in ALM. Ensure knowledge retention and keep data and documentation up-to-date for the expertise domain while communicating information to maintain a correct and complete view of all available components and applications throughout their lifecycle.
