Do you enjoy working directly with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and leading development from concept to delivery? We’re looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to join our client's team in Kuala Lumpur! This role is perfect for a hands-on technical professional who combines development expertise, solution design capabilities, and excellent client-facing skills. What You'll Do: - Lead Technical Discussions – Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into practical technical solutions. - Design Smart Solutions – Contribute to product architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making. - Build & Develop – Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and modern frontend applications using React.js. - Leverage AWS – Work hands-on with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito to build secure and scalable applications. - Drive Development Planning – Plan frontend-related projects and help ensure smooth execution across development sprints. - Collaborate Across Teams – Coordinate with backend, frontend, design, and product development teams to deliver successful outcomes. - Own the Delivery – Take responsibility for technical quality, solution implementation, and alignment between client expectations and development deliverables. What We're Looking For: - 7–8+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js . - Practical experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito . - Proven experience engaging directly with clients and independently managing technical discussions. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. - Experience with product solutioning, system design, and backend development. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
