Building on an established AI product already used by thousands of professionals worldwide, we stand up private, air-gapped AI inside large organisations: their data, their model, our expertise, our product — nothing shared, nothing sent out. A newly established Polish company (spółka z o.o.), wholly owned by a US private technology company, is building its founding engineering team in Warsaw. This is a founding role, based in Warsaw — preferably in-office. We keep the entire product stack and development in-house. Warsaw owns the back-end and the infrastructure; the front-end team spans Warsaw and India. We are hiring two full-stack engineers to join at launch. You build the product people actually talk to — the conversational interface and the application that sits on top of the local LLM our Infrastructure Architect stands up. You'll help build and keep the whole product stack in-house. What you'll do - Build and ship the product ( front-end and back-end ) — the conversational UI, dashboards, and admin. - Integrate the application with the local LLM infrastructure the Architect builds. - Help build and maintain the whole product stack in-house, to enterprise security and privacy standards. - Work closely with the Infrastructure Architect (Warsaw back-end / infra) and the front-end team in India. - Over time, contribute to forward-deployed work as deployments grow into customer environments. You are (must-haves) - Strong full-stack engineer (e.g. TypeScript / React on the front, Python / Node on the back; solid with APIs and databases). - Have shipped production SaaS and can own features end-to-end. - Comfortable building product on top of LLMs / AI systems. - Pragmatic and fast; you thrive at startup pace in a small team. - High agency and a strong ownership mindset — you own features end-to-end and drive them to done, without hand-holding. Nice to have LLM application experience (agents, RAG, tool-calling, conversational UI); on-prem / enterprise deployment; a security mindset. What you must show - A GitHub portfolio — a link to your GitHub (or equivalent) with real code we can read. This is required; applications without it won't be reviewed. - Evidence of extraordinary ability — show us the top 1% of what you've done: shipped systems at scale, hard problems solved, open-source with traction, research, competition results, or a product you took from nothing to real users. Tell us specifically what you did. - High agency and ownership — a concrete example where you saw a problem, took responsibility for it end-to-end, and drove it to a result.
