The role covers the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and production support, with direct collaboration with clients and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#/.NET and ReactJS . - Build applications from the ground up, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. - Design and optimize databases, queries, integrations, and application performance. - Apply SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and OOP in application development. - Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA/testers, and business stakeholders. - Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues. - Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices. - Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and communicate technical solutions. Must-Have Skills - 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development . - Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer covering both frontend and backend development. - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core . - 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS . - Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design . - Experience developing REST APIs , Entity Framework, Dependency Injection, Authentication, and Authorization. - Strong SQL skills with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including data modeling, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Strong understanding of SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Design . - Experience with Git/version control, CI/CD, secure coding, testing, deployment, and production support . - Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with Azure or cloud-native application development. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns. - Experience with automated testing frameworks. - Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines . - Experience working in Agile delivery environments. - Knowledge of API-led architecture. - Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions/workshops.
