Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership across business operations, technology offerings, and market expansion for Dronevex Private Limited. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves defining business strategy, setting revenue and growth targets, and overseeing execution across sales, operations, and technology initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding product and service portfolios, managing key partnerships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that sourcing, fulfillment, and customer support align with company goals. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, establish performance metrics, manage budgets, and support compliance with relevant policies and standards. The role also requires representing the company with clients and stakeholders, driving brand positioning, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
