About the Role\ О компании

We are expanding our in-house engineering team to support the implementation and integration of the Calypso trading and risk platform. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer/Business Analyst who can understand business processes and also build the tools around them.

Responsibilities\ Чем предстоит заниматься:

• Work with front office, back office, risk and compliance to gather requirements and turn them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Analyse and document trade lifecycle workflows in Calypso , including booking, confirmation, settlement and reporting.
• Design and build internal web applications and dashboards on top of Calypso data, both frontend and backend.
• Configure Calypso workflows, static data and reports together with the vendor and the internal team.
• Prepare test scenarios, take part in UAT, and support users after go-live.
• Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory purposes (MiFID II, DORA).
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the I.T. department or the Management to support the business operations.

Requirements\Ключевые требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years in full-stack development and/or business analysis, preferably in capital markets or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso, or a similar platform such as Murex, Summit or FIS, is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of financial instruments and the trade lifecycle.
• Frontend skills in Vue, React or Angular with TypeScript.
• Backend skills in Java, Python or Node.js, plus solid SQL (MS SQL or Oracle).
• Ability to talk confidently with both traders and developers.
• Strong English (written and spoken)
• Russian language is a plus
