Full Stack Developer

Formee Holdings is looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying end-to-end applications..

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, solve technical challenges, build scalable solutions and work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into functional technology products.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Development

• Own the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and planning to development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Independently develop and deliver full-cycle projects with minimal supervision.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development plans.
• Build scalable, secure, responsive and high-performance web applications.

1. Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Angular or equivalent frameworks.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimisation and a seamless user experience.

1. Backend Development

• Design, develop and maintain robust backend systems and business logic.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work with databases, manage data structures and optimise queries.
• Implement secure authentication, authorisation and data-handling practices.

1. Database & System Management

• Design and manage relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Ensure data integrity, security, performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application architecture.

1. Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing and debugging.
• Manage application deployment and production releases.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Monitor live applications, identify performance issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proven experience in independently developing and deploying complete projects.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React.js or Next.js is preferred.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience in API development and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of Git, version control, testing and debugging.
• Practical exposure to cloud hosting, deployment and application maintenance.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 2–3 projects they have personally worked on end to end, clearly explaining their contribution from development through deployment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
