Start to Finish. Total Ownership. Restoration Heroes is looking for an experienced, driven Full-Service Project Manager who can do it all! From the initial water damage emergency through the final touches of reconstruction, you'll own the entire project and guide the customer every step of the way. We aren't looking for someone who just manages schedules and checks boxes. We want a decisive leader, relentless problem solver, and confident closer—someone who takes full ownership, keeps projects moving, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and directly drives profitability. What You'll Do ● Own the entire project! Manage jobs from initial mitigation through reconstruction, final completion, and payment in full. ● Assess property damage, develop scopes of work, and coordinate accurate mitigation and reconstruction estimates. ● Oversee mitigation operations, including water damage, demolition, drying, and remediation activities. ● Transition projects seamlessly from mitigation into reconstruction without losing momentum. ● Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track. ● Maintain proactive communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout every phase. ● Manage project budgets, job profitability, timelines, and quality standards. ● Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely job notes, documentation, and updates using company software and Google Chat. ● Anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving forward. ● Work closely with Estimating, Scheduling, Production, Sales, and Accounting. ● Stay involved through collections and ensure projects are paid in full. ● Deliver a 5-star customer experience from the first emergency call to the final walkthrough. What We're Looking For We need someone who understands BOTH sides of the restoration business. ● Restoration/mitigation and residential reconstruction experience required. ● Previous project management experience in the property restoration industry. ● Comprehensive understanding of IICRS Standards, D.O.I. Rules and regulations, and Building codes. ● Experience developing scopes, reviewing estimates, and managing insurance-related projects. ● 5+ years of construction management experience preferred. ● Proven sales ability and confidence working directly with homeowners and insurance adjusters. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ● Comfortable working with multiple apps, Google Workspace, Google Chat, and project management software. ● Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of accountability. ● Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern California. Certifications and Licenses are a big plus! IICRC, WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, TCS, CSLB B, B-2, C22, C21.
