We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience running a fulfillment center and understands the complete journey from inventory receiving → storage → picking → packing → dispatch → delivery → returns . Key Responsibilities Set up and manage the day-to-day fulfillment operation. Manage inbound receiving, inspection, barcode labeling and putaway. Maintain accurate inventory using SKU, barcode and warehouse location systems. Manage order processing, picking, packing, QC and dispatch. Coordinate courier and last-mile delivery partners. Manage failed deliveries, returns, damaged goods and restocking. Develop SOPs and warehouse processes. Recruit, train and manage warehouse staff as the operation grows. Monitor inventory accuracy, order accuracy, fulfillment times and operational costs. Work with our software development team to improve our WMS and fulfillment management system . Identify operational problems and continuously improve efficiency. Required Experience 5+ years in fulfillment, 3PL, e-commerce warehousing or logistics. Previous experience managing a fulfillment center or warehouse operation . Strong understanding of WMS, barcode scanning and inventory management . Hands-on experience with receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and returns . Experience working with courier/last-mile delivery companies. Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and inventory controls. UAE fulfillment/logistics experience is preferred. Strong English communication and reporting skills. Who We’re Looking For We want a hands-on operator, not only an office manager . The ideal candidate has previously helped build, manage or scale a fulfillment operation and understands how to create efficient systems, control inventory and manage a warehouse team.
