We are looking for a Frontier Factory Lead - Secure AI to take ownership of the Secure AI track within Frontier Factory, helping partners build, grow, and scale successful Secure AI practices based on Microsoft technology. In this role, you will act as the global lead for the program, ensuring participating partners receive a consistent, high-quality, and scalable experience. You will bring together content, subject matter experts, delivery resources, and stakeholders into a coordinated enablement journey that helps partners develop the security capabilities and offerings needed to succeed in an AI-driven market. Working closely with internal teams and partner organizations, you will drive engagement, support partner success, and help participants progress through the program while continuously evolving and improving the Secure AI track.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and continuously develop the Frontier Factory Secure AI track
• Coordinate and schedule cohort sessions, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for participating partners
• Bring together security subject matter experts, delivery teams, content owners, and stakeholders to support successful program delivery
• Remove obstacles, provide clarity, and guide partners throughout their enablement journey
• Collaborate closely with partners and internal stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption, and program success
• Continuously improve the content, structure, scalability, and effectiveness of the Secure AI track based on feedback and outcomes

What we need to see from you

• Strong security experience combined with knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience helping partners, customers, or organizations build security capabilities, practices, or offerings
• The ability to combine technical understanding with commercial thinking and translate security expertise into partner opportunities
• Strong partner-facing, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences
• Experience coordinating programs, workshops, training initiatives, or cohort-based learning across multiple stakeholders
• A highly collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across security specialists, internal teams, and partner organizations
