You'll work across our frontend stack: Vite for builds and tooling, the TanStack libraries for data, routing and state, and AI coding tools to work faster without lowering code quality. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers and product managers. Together you'll turn ideas into polished, production-ready interfaces that people enjoy using. What You'll Do - Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web apps with React , TypeScript and Vite . - Handle server state, caching and data fetching with TanStack Query , and set up type-safe routing with TanStack Router (or TanStack Start for full-stack apps). - Build complex data-heavy UIs with TanStack Table , TanStack Form and TanStack Virtual where needed. - Create reusable, well-tested components and help maintain a consistent design system. - Connect frontends to REST and GraphQL APIs, working with backend developers on API contracts. - Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to speed up development, refactoring, testing and documentation, while reviewing and validating everything AI generates. - Improve Core Web Vitals, bundle size and runtime performance. - Find and fix bugs, regressions and performance bottlenecks. - Take part in code reviews, Git workflows and CI/CD deployments. - Keep up with changes in React, TanStack, Vite and AI-assisted development, and share what you learn with the team. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience . - 2+ years of professional frontend development experience with React . - Strong skills in TypeScript , modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3. - Hands-on experience with Vite (configuration, plugins, environment handling, build optimization). - Practical experience with the TanStack ecosystem , especially TanStack Query and TanStack Router . - Regular use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar). You should know how to: - Write clear prompts and give the tool enough context for useful output - Critically review AI-generated code for correctness, security and maintainability - Know when not to rely on AI - Experience with a styling approach such as Tailwind CSS , CSS Modules or CSS-in-JS. - Familiarity with testing tools such as Vitest , React Testing Library or Playwright. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming and browser fundamentals. - Comfort with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews). - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have - Experience with Next.js or other SSR/SSG frameworks. - Experience building AI-powered features into products, e.g., working with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), streaming responses or the Vercel AI SDK. - Experience with component libraries such as shadcn/ui or Radix UI. - Knowledge of state management tools such as Zustand, Jotai or Redux Toolkit. - Basic backend knowledge (Node.js, databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB). - Experience with headless CMSs (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Vercel, Netlify, AWS, Cloudflare). - Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices. - Experience working from designs in Figma .
