Front office/Home Care Staffing Coordinator

Duties Manage end-to-end staffing processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of home care professionals Coordinate employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance evaluations to support employee growth and retention Maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met promptly and effectively Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws related to home care staffing and HR legal requirements Lead initiatives for succession planning, employee relations, and HR sourcing to foster a positive work environment Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, or technical recruiting within healthcare or human resources fields Strong negotiation, communication skills, and relationship management abilities to engage candidates and clients effectively Ability to handle high-volume recruitment demands efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, social media marketing for recruitment purposes, and lead generation strategies Experience in employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives Preferred Qualifications Must have high school diploma or equivalent Experience using home care scheduling or EVV software. Knowledge of caregiver scheduling and client authorization hours. Experience with recruiting and onboarding caregivers.
