Front of House / Assistant Operations Manager
NORMA is a new cocktail-led venue in Singapore built around world-class drinks, curated music and private VIP experiences. We're looking for someone to run the floor and support the day-to-day operation of the business. The role Lead floor service across the main bar, communal table and VIP rooms — you set the tone guests feel when they walk in Manage reservations, VIP bookings and guest relations, including regulars and corporate clients Support the owner on daily operations: rostering, opening and closing procedures, cash and POS reconciliation, stock counts Coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams so service runs cleanly through late nights and DJ programming Train and supervise service staff; help build the service standards from scratch Assist with licensing, compliance and supplier admin You should have 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a bar, restaurant or hotel F&B outlet Confident, warm floor presence — comfortable reading a room and handling VIP guests Working knowledge of POS and reservation systems, plus basic P&L or cost awareness Availability for evening and late-night service, including weekend What we offer A founding-team role with real input into how the venue runs Clear path to Operations Manager as the business grows Salary: $3000 per month, based on experience To apply, send your CV with latest photo and a short note on the best service experience you've delivered.
