Our team is re-imagining how hundreds of millions of customers curate, discover, and connect through lists. We're applying generative AI to transform Wish Lists, shared lists, gifting, and collaborative shopping into intelligent, personalized experiences on top of Tier-1 systems serving billions of daily requests across every Amazon surface. You'll work on services that power these experiences and you'll do it during a pivotal moment as we integrate AI-native capabilities into our core framework. This is a role for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership: diving into ambiguous customer problems, designing distributed systems that scale, writing production code, and measuring customer impact. You'll work across our full stack (back end services, APIs, and integrations with Amazon's shopping ecosystem) and partner closely with applied scientists, product managers, and designers to ship features that customers use every day. If you're motivated by building systems at massive scale, working with state of the art AI, and shipping customer-facing features that make a visible impact, this team offers all three. - 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience - 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience - Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react
