Front Desk Receptionist/Front Office Manager

Role Description The Director will lead strategic and operational initiatives across RateBotAi’s hospitality technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing cross-functional teams, setting performance objectives, and driving growth across product, sales, and customer success functions. Key responsibilities include defining and executing long-term strategy, monitoring key metrics, and optimizing processes for revenue, retention, and platform adoption. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the company in key client and partner engagements. This role also includes mentoring team members, championing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management: Proven experience in director-level or senior leadership roles, leading cross-functional teams and scaling operations.
• Business and strategy: Strong skills in strategic planning, revenue growth, P&L management, and performance measurement within SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
• Hospitality and product understanding: Familiarity with hotel operations and systems such as PMS, channel management, booking engines, and dynamic pricing tools.
• Data and analytics: Ability to interpret complex data, define KPIs, and use analytics to inform decisions and optimize customer and business outcomes.
• Communication and stakeholder management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Process and project management: Experience in implementing scalable processes, managing projects end-to-end, and driving continuous improvement.
• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
• Additional beneficial qualifications: Prior experience in hospitality SaaS, exposure to global markets, and a track record of leading change in fast-paced environments.
