Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Learn and support manpower scheduling, staff coordination, and task allocation. Monitor service quality, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company SOPs. Assist in inventory control, stock checking, ordering, and minimizing food wastage. Support outlet sales activities, promotions, and customer service initiatives. Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving operational issues professionally. Analyze basic outlet performance, sales, and operational reports. Work closely with outlet managers and team members to achieve operational and business targets. Take on increasing responsibilities and leadership duties throughout the training programme. Be prepared to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and rotate across different operational functions. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ; candidates with 1–2 years of F&B, hospitality, retail, or operations experience are also encouraged. Strong interest in F&B operations and management . Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges. Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays when required. Willing to undergo training and be deployed to different outlets/locations if required. Proficient in Microsoft Office is an advantage. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia ; additional languages are an advantage.
