What You’ll Do

As an OSL Recruiter, you will be the engine behind our growth. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Executing high-volume recruitment to hit exciting targets and timelines.
• Building a diverse talent pipeline using creative traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies.
• Managing the end-to-end candidate journey—from initial screening to onboarding—ensuring a professional and branded experience.
• Partnering with hiring managers to refine candidate quality and team fit.
• Mastering our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep data accurate and find top-tier talent.
• Driving our internal employee referral program to keep the talent coming from within.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Backgrounds in Sales or Customer Service are highly encouraged. Recruitment experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Mindset: A strong, results-oriented attitude with a proven ability to exceed goals.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and ready to learn sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
