And build talent pipelines for French-speaking candidates Conduct resume screening, interviews, and assessments in French to evaluate candidates Manage the end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate data in Candidate Trackers Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in French is essential, with professional proficiency in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage talent and manage hiring manager expectations.
