Freelance Recruiter (ZZP) Short Term
We are looking for an independent freelance recruiter to help a private individual recruit an experienced Property / Estate Manager for private residences in Amsterdam. This is a short-term, hands-on recruitment assignment. We need someone who can proactively search for, identify and approach suitable candidates in the Netherlands. The assignment Proactively source suitable Property / Estate Manager candidates Identify and approach passive candidates, including through LinkedIn Conduct initial screening conversations Present suitable and interested candidates Assist with coordinating interviews where required About you Experience in recruitment, headhunting or candidate sourcing Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills Confident approaching and engaging candidates directly Based in or around Amsterdam and available to work on-site Recruitment experience within property, real estate, construction, facilities, hospitality, luxury residential or private households would be an advantage You do not need to be a senior recruiter. We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful and good at finding the right people. This assignment is for an individual freelancer / ZZP’er only. No recruitment agencies.
