In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent across various industries to meet the hiring needs of diverse clients. Your energetic approach and strong relationship management skills will drive successful placements, ensuring organizations find the perfect candidates to thrive within their teams. Duties Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing using HR sourcing tools, social media marketing (recruitment), and talent management software such as iCIMS, Workday, or Bullhorn. Manage full cycle recruiting processes from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, to extending offers and onboarding new hires. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication, negotiation, and talent management strategies. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or Greenhouse to track candidate progress and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Perform high volume recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates. Stay updated on employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure all recruiting activities adhere to legal standards. Engage in research and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through cold calling, social media management, and networking events. Skills Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage candidate expectations and client requirements. Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal/external recruiting strategies. Proficiency with talent management software such as iCIMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Taleo; familiarity with HR systems like ADP or Kronos is a plus. Strong understanding of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure ethical recruiting practices. Ability to handle high volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Skilled in social media marketing (recruitment) for candidate sourcing and employer branding initiatives. Excellent research skills combined with the ability to utilize HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro for data management. Adept at relationship management with clients and candidates alike, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Knowledge of technical recruiting for specialized roles across various industries; experience with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
