Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and personal networks. Screen candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team/client. Maintain regular communication with candidates. Follow up with candidates until joining. Achieve assigned recruitment targets. Requirements Previous recruitment experience preferred. Freshers with good communication and networking skills can also apply. Good knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Smartphone and internet connection required.
