Design and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical and fire protection systems . Prepare MEP layouts and engineering documentation for villas, residential, commercial and other building projects. Perform MEP load calculations and system sizing. Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings. Review existing MEP systems and provide suitable engineering solutions. Prepare drawings and documents for Dubai authority submissions and approvals . Review and respond to authority comments when required. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and the internal engineering team. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant MEP discipline. 5+ years of MEP design experience preferred. UAE experience preferred. Good knowledge of Dubai authority requirements and MEP regulations. Experience with relevant MEP design and calculation software. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems. Ability to independently handle MEP design and technical submissions. Ability to work on a freelance/project basis and meet agreed deadlines. Preferred Experience with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees or other UAE authorities. UAE engineering consultancy experience. Experience with villa, residential, commercial and industrial projects. Pay: AED1.00 per month Work Location: In person
