Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to EUC devices, hardware, and software. Install, configure, upgrade, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices. Support user connectivity to LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and file services. Provide break/fix and maintenance support for end-user equipment and printers. Provide VIP support for IT equipment and related devices. Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system. Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to users and internal teams. JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Requires 3 to 5 years of related work experience Sound knowledge of imaging tools (SCCM, MDT) Sound knowledge of data backup and recovery tools (USMT) Installing, upgrading, and migrating to Windows 7/10 Deploying Windows 7/10 in large enterprises Configuring hardware and applications Configuring network connectivity Configuring access to resources Configuring mobile computing Job Type: Freelance Job Type: Part-time Pay: ฿660.00 - ฿680.00 per hour Work Location: In person
