This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who have experience in recruitment or are interested in earning extra income through successful candidate placements. Key Responsibilities - Source and attract potential candidates for available positions, such as drivers, delivery helpers, and other water station personnel. - Post job vacancies on Facebook groups, online job platforms, and other recruitment channels. - Screen applicants based on the job requirements and qualifications. - Coordinate with qualified candidates and schedule interviews. - Endorse suitable candidates to management for final assessment and selection. - Follow up with endorsed candidates regarding their application and employment status. - Maintain regular communication with management regarding recruitment progress. Qualifications - Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing is an advantage but not required. - Familiarity with Facebook recruitment groups and online job platforms. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. - Able to source candidates who meet the requirements of the water station. - Willing to work on a freelance, output-based arrangement. Commission and Payment Terms - Commission: ₱1,000 for every successful hire. - Payment Schedule: The commission may be claimed after the hired employee completes one (1) month of employment. - Retention Requirement: The employee must still be actively employed by the water station at the end of the first month for the commission to be payable. - No Successful Hire, No Commission: Payment is based solely on successful placements that meet the conditions above. - Flexible Work Arrangement: The recruiter may source candidates remotely and manage their recruitment activities independently. Pay: Php14,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
